WoW! That is some major growth! I’m sure it took some bravery to cut it all off! As much as their is something beautiful and classic about longer hair, I really LOVE little girls with shorter hair. My girls have tainted me with their daily complaints about hair brushing apparently.
I Love her little brown shirt as well! I would love to sew some like that for the little girls soon.
Thanks, Kerry! Yeah, I didn’t want to do it, but she begged me. I just wanted to get her to get a trim. I made sure to talk to her about only letting me or grandma cut her hair. I called my mom right up and we arranged a time and day to come over. I then told my daughter about it because I didn’t want her to get impatient and do it herself. She’s resourceful that way. lol
I’m glad I did it. It really was a pain to get her to sit still to let me brush it, and she would scream the whole time. It is much easier to handle short, for sure!
I wish I could say I made the shirt, but Tamra lent it to me. She bought it from Gock’s Frock’s I believe. Someday I’ll make one myself, but for some reason I get stuck on the cutting it out. I hate that part. lol
